School Holiday 

Strength and Conditioning Program

Introducing our Teen School Holiday Program, designed to teach teens how to exercise safely and effectively. Whether they’re looking to boost their sports performance or just get active, this program is perfect for all fitness levels.

Teens will learn the fundamentals of safe and efficient weightlifting in the gym, while picking up new skills and training techniques in a supportive, fun environment.

​

This program is suitable for teens going into year 7,8,9 & 10.

Program details:

​

  • Sessions will run for 45 minutes each.

  • Participants should aim for 6 to 8 sessions over the 2 week block. There will be 9 to 10 available times to chose from in that 2 week block. 

  • Sessions can be easily booked or changed via our gym master app.  

  • We have specifically designed these sessions with teen development in mind.

  • This program is suitable for both athletes or teens new to exercise. All of our sessions can be modified depending on skill and fitness level. 

  • Session will have capped numbers to provide more personalised attention from the coach, offering tailored support and a more focused approach to help you child reach their fitness goals.

  • Cost of the program is $185.00 for each two week block.

Choose from 3 different 2 week blocks:​

  • Block 1- Monday 9th December- 22nd December 

  • Block 2- Monday 30th December- 12th January

  • Block 3- Monday 13th January- 25th January

​

Teens will be placed into groups depending on what year level they are going into next year:

 

Group 1- Kids going into year 7-8.

Group 2- Kids going into year 9-10.

How to Book

Block 1

Monday 9th December - Sunday 22nd December

Block 2

Monday 30th December - Sunday 12th January

Block 3

Monday 13th January - Saturday 25th January
