Our small group fitness coaching sessions are a fun, effective, and supportive way to reach your fitness goals, offering structure, variety, and expert guidance. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, lose weight, build muscle, or enhance overall health, group fitness provides the motivation and reward to help you succeed.
These sessions are limited to just four participants per session and can be tailored to any skill or fitness level.

As a Thrive 24-7 member, you also have access to our group fitness sessions at our Armstrong Creek location, including yoga and Pilates.
