Group Training Sessions

Functional Fitness
Push yourself further with a fast paced, high intensity workout that blends elements of cardio and strength training together in one session. Guaranteed to make you sweat. Good for improving cardiovascular fitness, adding lean muscle mass, burning calories and boosting your body’s fat burning ability. Expect to be doing a mix of exercises from our Strong Fit and Cardio Endurance sessions.

Box Fit
We think this is one of the most fun classes on offer. Boxfit provides a full-body workout with a cardio focus, while also teaching fundamental boxing technique. Expect to be punching the bags, the pads, the air, and everything other than each other! No previous boxing experience required and boxing is accessible to everyone. And yes, you probably will mess up those combination punches - everyone does!

Strong Fit
Focus on building that lean muscle and getting strong! A session dedicated to training with ‘free weights’ such as barbells and dumbbells and working on those fundamental resistance training movements. With a heavy emphasis on teaching proper form and technique this session can help build the skills and confidence to train solo on the open gym floor. Expect to be doing squats, deadlifts, rows, presses and more.

Yoga
Join our Yoga instructor Katie for a one hour Vinyasa-style yoga session. Vinyasa, or (one movement one breath) focuses on flow and stringing together a variety of different postures. Yoga has been shown to have a positive impact on mental and physical wellbeing and Vinyasa is great for improving balance, flexibility, range of motion and for engaging that core strength.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness through controlled, precise movements. It helps with balance, muscle tone, injury prevention, and stress relief while promoting mindfulness and body awareness.

Olympic Lifting-
coming soon
This class provides an opportunity for individuals to develop strength, power, and athleticism through the practice of the snatch and the clean and jerk. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced lifter aiming to refine your technique and increase your lifts, this class can help you achieve your goals in a structured and supportive environment.
